At Inspired Plus Ltd, we provide training and development designed to support professionals within children’s residential care particularly those progressing into leadership and management roles.
Our training is aligned with the expectations of Ofsted and reflects the standards set within the Children’s Homes (England) Regulations 2015. We focus on developing the knowledge, skills, and confidence required to deliver safe, effective, and child-centred care.

Our Approach

Training Outcomes
Participants will receive a Certificate of Completion. Our training is designed to support progression towards the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare and to prepare individuals for leadership responsibilities within the sector.
